From Bressanone via Rio di Pusteria and San Sigismondo to Brunico, San Candido down to Lienz: the Val Pusteria cycle track is a beautifully developed long-distance cycle path. Thanks to its location on the railway line, it is possible to stop at any time and take the train home again.
As we ourselves are enthusiastic mountain bikers, as hosts we know exactly what you need for a cycling holiday. From packed lunches (for a surcharge) to the lockable bike room, from the washing facilities to the repair station.
Adventure holiday in the Pusteria Valley
Time to be adventurous: the Pusteria Valley offers countless possibilities for an adventure holiday for the whole family. How about a tandem paragliding flight from the Plan de Corones? The giant “Skyscraper” swing on the Plan de Corones also offers a real adrenaline rush. In San Vigilio, the largest zipline in Europe, the “Adrenaline X-Treme”, takes you down into the valley at some 80 km/h. The Alpine Coaster on the Klausberg in Valle Aurina offers a speedy descent over 1,800 meters in altitude. Would you also like to get wet and wild? Rafting and canyoning tours are also offered along various sections of the Rienza and Aurino. Some lead right past the Sigmunderhof!
